Company Inks New Deals With ADP, NetLedger and Register.com

 

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – March 30, 2000 – Stamps.com(TM) (Nasdaq: STMP), the leading provider of Internet mailing and shipping services, today announced three new partners – ADP, NetLedger and Register.com (Nasdaq: RCOM) – which will expand the marketing and distribution platform of the company’s mailing and shipping services.

Stamps.com is also being included on the Register.com “Getting Started” page.



  • ADP: ADP’s Emerging Business Services Division is the world’s leading provider of integrated business administrative solutions that help small business clients efficiently manage their internal processes, allowing them to focus on core competencies. ADP will market and promote Stamps.com’s service to more than 10 million small businesses at the Emerging Business Services Web site, www.ebs.adp.com, and plans to distribute Stamps.com’s Internet Postage(TM) software with ADP payroll materials delivered to current clients. Additionally, ADP will include an article about the benefits of Stamps.com services in quarterly newsletters sent to ADP customers nationwide.



  • Register.com: Register.com (www.register.com), a leading registrar of Internet domain names, has created a Mailing and Shipping category in its Business Resources area in which Stamps.com will be prominently positioned.   • NetLedger: As the world’s first provider of a Web-based accounting solution to small businesses, NetLedger will be promoting Stamps.com through its online Business Services Directory at its Web site (www.netledger.com). Additionally, NetLedger will promote Stamps.com in marketing materials distributed to NetLedger’s small business customer base.



  • Register.com: Register.com (www.register.com), a leading registrar of Internet domain names, has created a Mailing and Shipping category in its Business Resources area in which Stamps.com will be prominently positioned.
