SANTA MONICA, Calif. – December 20, 1999 – Stamps.com (Nasdaq: STMP) today announced ten new partnerships that will significantly expand distribution of its software-only Internet Postage service to small businesses.

Through new joint marketing programs and promotions with companies including AllBusiness.com, allbizdepot.com, Day-Timers, Inc., DYMO, Fax4Free.com, inc.com, Insight, Interland, liveprint.com and MindSpring Enterprises, Stamps.com continues to increase access to its service for small offices and home offices. Stamps.com is the only Internet Postage service that requires no hardware or metering device and no start-up fees or long term contracts. Stamps.com is also the only Internet Postage provider to provide customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone, on e-mail and through live messaging.
