PALO ALTO, CA – July 1, 1999 – MySoftware Company (Nasdaq: MYSW) today announced a strategic partnership with Stamps.com (Nasdaq: STMP), the innovator of Postage Server™technology. Under the partnership agreement, MySoftware will integrate the Stamps.com Internet Postage service with its family of direct marketing software products, offering millions of MySoftware’s small business customers the ability to purchase and print postage directly over the Internet.

MySoftware will build Stamps.com’s Internet Postage service into its suite of Internet direct marketing software products. Applications such as MyDeluxeMailList, a product which enables users to easily organize mailing campaigns, will have the capability to print postage onto envelopes and labels using ordinary laser and inkjet printers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Internet Postage service developed by Stamps.com requires no additional hardware and has been approved by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for the final phase of Beta and market testing before commercial release. The integration with MySoftware will be available upon final USPS approval.
