The USPS has announced that effective today, March 30, 2020, the service suspension to select APO/FPO ZIP codes has been lifted. USPS customers can once again send mail to the following military mail ZIPs:

AE FPO 09204
AE FPO 09216
AE APO 09706

France
La Poste has announced that going forward it will only offer four days of mail reception: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. La Post will prioritize urgent mail and essential goods. At this time, La Poste is asking mailers worldwide to defer their non-urgent shipments to France. Additionally, La Poste is unable to offer the following services: International Surface Airlift, M-bags, returns, and International Business Reply Service (IBRS).

Honduras
Empresa de Correos de Honduras (Honducor) has suspended all postal services until at least April 12, 2020, or until a date that will be communicated at a later time.

Kazakhstan
Kazpost JSC has suspended all outbound services to following countries: Algeria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Canada, Georgia, Hungary, India, Iran, Israel, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Spain, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and The United States.

Saudi Arabia
Saudi Post Corporation has suspended all inbound and outbound mail services except for Express Mail Service items weighing up to 11 pounds.

Colombia
Servicios Postales Nacionales S.A. 4-72, has advised that significant delays are expected for all inbound and outbound mail services.

Denmark
PostNord Denmark is currently able to send mail to countries within the European Union (EU), with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. It is also able to send mail to the following countries outside of the EU: Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, The United States, and Vietnam. PostNord Denmark service availability is subject to change on a daily basis. Additionally, PostNord Denmark has suspended signature on delivery. Delivery will instead be made using methods that limit human contact.

Grenada
Grenada Postal Corporation, has advised that outbound and inbound mail delivery services will be affected by limited transportation to and from the country.

Kazakhstan
Kazpost JSC has advised that due to a state of quarantine, mail service in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty will be delayed.

Lithuania
Lithuania Post has suspended signature on delivery service for inbound letter mail items and, when possible, will send parcels to parcel lockers for contact-free collection.

Nepal
Nepal Post has advised that due to the suspension of all incoming international flights, severe delays are expected.

Sweden
PostNord Sweden as announced that it is currently able to send mail to countries within the European Union (EU), with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. Outside of the EU, PostNord Sweden can provide mail services to Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam. PostNord Sweden service availability is subject to change on a daily basis. Additionally, PostNord Sweden has suspended signature on delivery. Delivery will instead be made using methods that limit human contact.

Vatican
Poste Vaticane is currently unable to send outbound mail transport mail to a growing number of countries. Poste Vaticane is therefore no longer accepting mail addressed to affected countries. The list of destination countries affected is subject to change on a daily basis.
