Kuwait
Kuwait Postal Sector has extended the suspension of all inbound and outbound mail service until May 1, 2020.

Luxembourg
Post Luxembourg has advised that the delivery of letter post will be suspended on April 10, 2020, until further notice.

Nepal
Nepal Post has advised that due to the suspension of all incoming international flights, severe delays are expected.

Spain
Correos y Telégrafos is currently only able to send outbound international mail to Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and The United States of America.

Vietnam
VNPost has advised that delays should be expected for mail items sent to quarantines zones.
