How do I get my free promotional items?
Please refer to your welcome email for specific details on how to receive your free promotional items. Your welcome email was sent to the email address that you provided when you registered with Stamps.com.
How do I get my free Supplies Kit?
Your free Supplies Kit will be automatically delivered to you. It is shipped via First-Class Mail®, generally the next business day after you sign up. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting Customer Support.
I was a customer in the past and recently signed up again, am I eligible for the free scale and/or free postage offer?
No. Our Service Agreement limits each customer to one promotional offer. If you need additional scales, you may purchase them directly from the Stamps.com Store.
